Refund policy

• When you receive your order, you may open your package and try on your item while the courier waits.
• If you do not wish to keep the item, simply return it to the courier immediately and pay only the shipping fee.
• IMPORTANT: make sure that you are home & available to receive and try on the order when the courier arrives, Since NO REFUNDS are accepted once the order has been received. (except in the case of a defect)

Size or color exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order, subject to availability.
